Who We Are
Bug ID (pronounced bug-eyed) is an audio video system design and integration company based in the Bay Area. Matt Lavine started the company in 1997. We are highly approachable technical experts. Our clients get top-quality equipment, responsive service and audio video systems that make sense for their needs.
We work with architects, engineers and contractors from a project’s inception to design and build the most compatible advanced audio video system for the job. Our systems allow for easy serviceability and are well documented. We also make improvements to audio video technology in existing facilities. Bug ID is a licensed low-voltage certified contractor.
From Zoom/Teams rooms, multi-location media facilities to the most complex immersive spaces, Bug ID has the experience and expertise to handle jobs of any size with personal attention. Because technology is founded on change, our systems are configured to support future upgrades. User training is always included.
